Bank transfers may require up to 2 business days to process after the payment has been credited to our account.

No worries! If you’re not home when delivery is attempted:

Your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

The courier will leave a delivery note in your mailbox.

Bring the note and your ID to collect your package.
❌ Order Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed without delay, and no later than:
a) 14 days after we receive your return shipment.
b) (If earlier) 14 days after you provide proof that you returned the goods.
c) If no goods were shipped, 14 days from the date we cancel your order.
💳 Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you request otherwise.
👉 Return shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.
